I was expecting much worst based on the terrible reviews, but the food was great, delivery was great and I have no complains. Hope things are getting better with this place.
Everyone is complaining about the customer service but every time I had gone in it was amazing! Ali always made sure our order was correct and personally double checked it for us! We love coming here because the pizza is amazing and the experience is always great!
As picky as I am about my experience I would like to give 5 stars to the 7 crew members that have to work in such poor conditions. The establishment has leaking ceilings, peeling plastic keypads, and lacks uniforms, mask, gloves in the middle of the "hood" and they still managed to provide hot picture perfect fast food. The staff was nice despite looking worn down and the poor delivery guy drove away in a red jollopy of a car pushing his way through his shift. They had time to train a young "know it all" on the pizza table and the cashier handled the soda thief the best way he can as a member of the community he serves. It would be easy to over look everything I observed but it all made sense and 5 stars goes to everyone making an honest dollar. The owner needs to give this crew a raise, provide a reliable vehicle for deliveries and repair everything I saw was a safety and healthy risk/ violation ASAP!
